Smart Grid Roadmap

CMG has developed its own proprietary Smart Grid Roadmap (SGR) Framework. The SGR Framework is an advanced framework of processes and best practices to help assess, plan, design, and deliver effective and efficient governance, process, and technology transformation that create implementable smart grid roadmaps and architectures.

CMG team members created and perfected the SGR Framework while working at Austin Energy from 2003 to 2010, and from 2010 to 2014 while doing smart grid projects for Enerjisa S.A., Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, National Grid, San Diego Gas and Electric, American Electric Power, Puget Sound Energy, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), UK Department of Energy and Climate Change, and the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland.

Since them CMG has delivered successful projects based on this framework at multiple utilities and further perfected its content.
