Mr. Dwight Moore is a seasoned software industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in enterprise software design, development and engineering. Previously Vice President of Software Engineering at Lumension, Divisional CTO and Head of Technology Strategy & Global Expansion for Dell Financial Services, Vice President of Technology at Archer Technologies, Chief Technology Officer at MessageOne, CTO of AGEA, co-founder and Vice President of Technology at Onebox, Software Architect at Acuity Corp, and Chief Architect at The ForeFront Group.

Mr. Dwight Moore was Vice President of Software Engineering at Lumension, where he is responsible for leading research and development. He has extensive experience working with high-growth, early stage companies as well as Fortune 50 companies.
Prior to joining Lumension, Mr. Moore served as the Divisional CTO and Head of Technology Strategy & Global Expansion for Dell Financial Services, a subsidiary of Dell, Inc. He led transformation efforts and overall technology strategy; solution architecture, design, and implementation; and global expansion, including the establishment of Dell’s first wholly owned bank.
Prior to Dell, Mr. Moore served as Vice President of Technology at Archer Technologies – a SaaS provider that delivers enterprise governance, risk, and compliance software solutions. With more than five million licensed users worldwide, Archer’s products are licensed by over 28 of the top 30 financial services companies. Archer was acquired the RSA, the security division of EMC (NYSE:EMC). Prior to Archer, Mr. Moore served as Chief Technology Officer of MessageOne – a SaaS provider of business continuity and disaster recovery solutions and products for messaging and communication continuity, notification and crisis management. A winner of numerous industry awards, MessageOne was acquired Dell (NASDAQ:DELL).
Prior to MessageOne, Mr. Moore served as CTO of AGEA – a wireless platform software development firm which was backed by a Sun Microsystems investment. Prior to AGEA, Mr. Moore co-founded onebox where he served as Vice President of Technology – onebox was acquired by Phone.com, now OpenWave (NASDAQ: OPWV) for over $850 million in 2000. Prior to onebox.com, Mr. Moore was an Architect with Acuity Corp. (acquired by Quintus Corp. NASDAQ: QNTS) where he was responsible for developing the firm’s client/server messaging products including WebCenter (Web based call center), iChat Pager (Instant Messaging) and Rooms (Multi-Room Chat). Prior to Acuity, Mr. Moore was an early employee at The ForeFront Group (NASDAQ: FFG) where he served as Chief Architect. The ForeFront Group would later be acquired by SMARTForce, now SkillSoft (NASDAQ: SKIL).
Mr. Moore joined ForeFront from Baylor College of Medicine where he served as the principal architect and project manager for the Ambulatory Systems Architecture (ASA), an open architecture for the development of distributed medical record systems for hospitals and clinics as well as the Virtual Notebook System (VNS) which won UNIX Review Magazine’s 1993 “Outstanding Product Award.” The VNS would be later commercialized by ForeFront.
Mr. Moore began his professional career at IBM Corporation in the company’s Federal Sector Division supporting the software design and implementation for the Space Station Freedom contract at NASA/Johnson Space Center.
Mr. Moore holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
